Passmark was acquired by RSA in April 2006. By this point Geneva had closed projects worth $1.7m over three years. By the end of the subsequent earn-out Geneva had sold the technology to HBOS, Portman (now part of Nationwide) and Alliance & Leicester with both RBS and Barclays closed soon thereafter.
